John Merrill Sales kick Offs

John Merrill has hosted and MC'd dozens of sales kickoffs and has spoken at countless other organizational sales events across the country. The sales kickoff is a tool John utilizes to kick start a five week sales blitz for his sales organization. The purpose of this event is to build comradery, set goals, use key speakers to aid recruits through a five week sales push and introduce clients to the sales force. Everyone leaves motivated, charged up, and raring to go. The night includes dinner, drinks, entertainment, motivational speeches, an awards and recognition ceremony, and most importantly, the incentive announcement of the prizes the reps can win for accomplishing their goals over the 5 week sales drive.
